He's coming to terms with it, and seeing the advantages of it. Right now we're hoping that with some many people faced with this (7 in his building alone), that rather than scrambling to find replacements, that they would negotiate keeping them on with benefits of some sort. Not counting on that though....

Wow, 7 people.
That's going to have a huge impact.
They're going to have to do something quickly to keep a full staff.

That's just in his building, which is basically a younger staff. With 3 high schools, 3 junior highs, and 17 elementary schools, as well as an ealy childhood center and a vocational school, this has all the potential of a human resourses nightmare.
