I had a dentist appointment today. She found that 3 of my wisdom teeth have caveties. My options are 1) getting the 3 pulled or 2) getting the caveties drilled. Both options stink. :(

Wow...well, I'd get them pulled. (Says the girl who's deathly afraid to get hers done.) It's smarter to get them taken out though in the long run.

trust me honey...I understand too. I'm terrifed. I don't want to get it done, but know I have to at some point. I just keep letting myself live in denial, that if I put it off...I won't have to do it. I know I'm going to have to though.

I'm so afraid though, I tear up at the mere thought of having it done. And my mom was a dental hygenist in a past life, so I know she'd take good care of me to make sure I didn't hurt so much. And I still can't get the courage to do it.

:( My wisdom teeth pulling was such an ordeal. I won't tell the story. :zipit: All I can say is if you have to pay a little extra to get knocked out...do it. It's worth it.

I have to get knocked out. If I move...I can possibly loose feeling in my lips. :eek:

I'm just afraid of getting knocked out too...*bites fingers*

It's so much worth it. Mine was not painful or anything bad. Just not fun. Plus I hate hate hate the feeling of novicane (after of course) and my mouth being numb. It has just always bothered me.

Being knocked out doesn't bother me too bad, but probably because I had surgery on a broken arm when I was like 10 so after the full blown anesthesia at such a young age, I am like 'meh okay.

Oh trust me. If I do go for getting them pulled, I would be knocked out. There is no way in HECK I would stay awake.
