Actually, we're going to wait and see what else may be happening. Our furnace/AC comes first - our unit is 25 years old. Still, I told Mike to endorse that so I can put it in the bank - I don't like having that check in the house. :dazzle:
His uncle seemed to indicate that more would be forthcoming however. :shrug:

having that kind of money scares me too....
some people I know ONLY use cash and keep that kind of dough in their wallets.

I know - Mom told me yesterday when we were talking about this that her dad had buried some coins in the yard of the house he was living in at the end of his life, and told her...but in the craziness of settling everything, she forgot. So those coins are probably still somewhere in that yard. :hammer:
he said a 'small portion' of DH's share, so maybe I'm making too much of that, but the check wasn't 'small' in my eyes.
