IT'S BEEN A LONG WINTER. I'm sure I'm not alone with this feeling. This morning I decided that I must start planning a trip to WDW. We would like to go soon, as it looks like it's not going to warm up anytime soon. Am checking for April (nothing like waiting until the last minute), and since I already have park tickets that I bought from Undercover Tourist, we can get a room only price. Yay! Now, on to the airline sites.......:)

I, too, am dreaming about my May trip and sipping something frozen and strong while getting some sun sitting at SAB. It's supposed to get into the 30's here in sweet home Alabama. Burrrrr.

Yep, six inches of snow, high winds causing blizzard like conditions, currently -4 with the wind chill making it feel more like -8, welcome to Scottish springtime. Central heating is on but I have to go clear the driveway because I'm working later, roll on my June WDW trip.
Be safe Eddie,as our American buddies say..Just off the phone to hampden and the game is still on.She said Theres a wee flutter in Glasgow but its not lying.

Winter is so horrible. Everyone should just pack a bag and come to Florida. It's warm and sunny here! Birds chirping away. Lizards flitting about. :)

But winter cannot hold on much longer! It will all melt soon, I'm sure. :)

Hang in there!

Cheers buddy, as our American cousins would say. While it may be relatively clear in Glasgow, 35 miles further along the Clyde at Inverkip, it's a winter wonderland. All of the local golf clubs now resemble a larger version of the putting range at Blizzard Beach.

We're expecting 3-6 inches of snow tomorrow and the temp's keep dipping back into the 20's. We thought seriously about a WDW trip in April but changed to something else. I think that I might be regretting that decision just a little. Okay, a whole lot.

Well, had to clear the driveway again and drifting snow meant I had to wade through 2 foot of the white stuff to dig out my garage door by hand and get my snow shovel. The Florida heat can't come quickly enough.
