Is Tomorrowland Terrace ever open?

Only when WDW needs to SERIOUSLY distract someone :).

Now, on another note.... this is a BIG chunk of Park Property. WDW - need some space for something new? LOOSE this dinosaur.
All personal opinion - I'm not necessarily right, no one else is necessarily wrong.

Spring break, 4th of July week and Christmas - New Years. Occasionally they open it at other times but I think that's to test menu items or something of that sort as the timing makes little sense.

It was only open during one of our trips and we caught Tortuga Tavern open on two different trips. With so many people competing for a place to get food....:arghh:
And there is really no excuse for that. I get that they have Cosmic Ray's, but they need more options to comfortably handle crowds. Without Tomorrowland Terrace, I can attest that even during "off peak" hours, the restaurants at the Magic Kingdom are always too crowded.

Alas, WDW is just being cheap. Anything is possible...they just don't want to cut into "increasing margins."

Thank GOD they moved Tortuga Tavern's menu over to Pecos Bill. Those burritos and the taco bar is amazing and I was disappointed over and over when it was closed for the day.

Yeah, but it's in Pecos Bill's - that place is a zoo. I will buy something at Starbucks before I'll eat there again. WDW needs more QS at MK. Tortuga should be open year round - it's the only QS in Adblventureland.

It's not so bad depending on when you go. I can usually find a nice spot outside in the evenings which is a great view overlooking Frontierland.

judging purely by the last time I ate at Tomorrowland Terrace (about 5 years ago) it can remain closed forever - bleah.

Especially when it was the Noodle Station era....

If MK had to have a Starbucks, I really wish they would have put it in the Tomorrowland Terrace which sits unused most of the year.. Seems there would have been plenty of room for it there and some actual seating. Instead, they ruined the Main Street Bakery (and those wonderful cinnamon rolls!)
