I have seen him several times around the evenings at EPCOT. Friendly guy.

I've seen him a few times as well. It's kinda funny because you can see the lights from his chair at night clear on the ther side of the lagoon.

I've seen him manyyyyy times at Epcot. During the Osbourne SODL at DHS this past season, I saw him there on the street quite a bit as well. He was trying to do his own show.

I've been told he is a cast member, but I've never heard for sure nor have I ever been close enough when I see him to get a glance for a nametag. At Epcot, he is usually clear across the lagoon from me.

I saw the same guy when I was watching Illuminations too, I thought he had a pretty cool wheelchair.

I think this discussion has run it's course. Perhaps he is just a guest, perhaps he is a former CM? Whatever. All anyone knows for sure is that he is someone who appears to enjoy going to WDW, just like most of the people here.
