Is the Senses Spa at Grand Floridian worth it?

Hi Everyone!

I will been honeymooning at Disney in October and I am considering doing a couples massage at the Senses Spa at the Grand Floridian. I was curious if anyone has done a massage here or any of the other services? What did you think? Is the price worth it? 400 Bucks for 80 minutes! Thanks for the input :)

Congrats on the honeymoon (we'll be there in October too), the Unofficial Guide has some great reviews of the spas. My guess is as it gets closer and the spa reopens (after the construction) you will be able to get some up to date reviews. Have a wonderful wedding.

Hubby & I had the couples massage in the Senses spa on the Disney Dream. I've had better massages for half the money. Don't know if the land-based locations will be as heavy on the sales pitch. I've since learned you can specify "no sales" going in to avoid that annoying, relaxation-killing part.

I have stayed at GF several times and it is wonderful! Amazing! I have not been to the spa but I would assume it is amazing! And I know its been going through a major refurb. I would say go for it - its your honeymoon!

Congrats!
I went to the GF spa before it was Senses and Disney run - he Jurlique products were great although not sure they will carry these anymore. Average services in a beautiful setting. Since its all renovated and new, go for it. It's very romantic there and moreso than the other spa I've tried in WDW (Mandara at the Dolphin). Splurge and enjoy!

Thanks for all the advice :) I think we may go for it... 400 bucks just still seems kind of expensive. Does anyone recommend anything better at disney to spend 400 bucks on???
