Is the first week in Nov like?

Hi,

This is a off shot of the "Trying to figure out next trip"

We booked the trip Oct 15-22. While I was looking at it, if we go on Nov 1, we came save money, and about $500.00 more spending money.

Do the parks close earlier? Is it "down time"? Rides doing maintenance?

We've only been once at around that time. We went 10/31/14-11/6/14. We enjoyed it despite DH being ill for most of it (due to new medication, not something he caught). I don't remember a ton as his not feeling well got it dubbed "The Lost Trip". Stayed at an AKL studio. The weather temperatures were lower than average so it was pretty chilly and windy some days but nothing unmanageable for what we prepared for. We found the crowds to be moderate-not light, not crazy. It was nice to see Fall/Halloween decor. I do not remember any significant maintenance at that time.

If it saves you that much, I'd say give it a go! It's worth a try and if you don't like it, you don't ever have to visit then again. Happy choosing!

We have been the last three years and are going in 2017. we are going 11-4 thru 11-8
the problem we have found is that first weekend in november is a marathon weekend and is very croded and hard to get a room i would suggest going after the 5th and it shouldn't be that bad

This is good to know. I'm planning a trip around this time and my current dates were set so that I would fly back on the 6th. I might see about moving around those dates a bit.
