I hate when people compare a prop for a short term celebration with a castle or tree or ball that were constructed to stay forever.

But everything that has been used as an icon could be considered a wienie.

not the earful tower... I concur with the other posters... don't use icon and weenie interchangably.

Weenie is supposed to be something to draw you in to a space... that isn't really synonymous with icons. We have structures operating as weenies that aren't central icons.. and vise versa.
