Hey Six Flags Great Adventure was my theme park growing up in New Jersey haha...But I agree, this is the typical sight there.

Me too. I'd actually call it an amusement park. It's theme is pretty haphazard at best, nonexistent at worst.

Me too. I'd actually call it an amusement park. It's theme is pretty haphazard at best, nonexistent at worst.

I remember when Six Flags actually was themed. You had different sections of the park representing the different architectural styles from each country.

Now it's roller coasters and Gotham (which they've at least tried to clean up in the last 10 years so it doesn't look so ghetto - at one time I thought the over flowing trash cans and ill-kept grounds were part of the Gotham theming).

You can still catch a little theming on the old buildings but, for the most part, it's a thing of the past. Six Flags is about roller coasters and little else.

Disney's ploy here is to divert the "How slow can they go?" comments away from the MK and onto the hat. As long as they make small bits of progress the destruction will calm the masses
