My last Fountain of Nations post ever. According to the concept we do have a fountain but is it the fountain and does it dance. If it is in the concept it it appears that the landscape and bottom pool is completely leaving it updated with walkways all the way up to the bottom tier which would be very modern and the water would literally disappear into the ground with an underground pool, that’s awesome if you think about it, also means the section around it is a complete wet zone.

Don’t take concept art super seriously. The point of it is to evoke a tone and feel as well as to get you excited about an upcoming project. It’s meant to be an exaggerated look at what’s to come and plans will change and scale down and be modified as a project gets closer to release (the recent tron concept art is a great example)

I saw some YouTube footage, there’s not even a show to give the fountain a last sendoff with, a few jets spit water but that’s about it, glad I didn’t bother going there. It’s in such bad shape it’s upsetting to even watch. That fountain had so many possibilities for great updates and making it better. We’ll see that happens, whatever happens we’ll have a fountain show I just hope the music selection is just as good.

The concept art sure seems to exaggerate the level of fitness, physical attractiveness and fashion sense of future Disney World guests.

There’s going to be a fountain in that spot according to the concept and announcements made. I don’t see why they would talk off only half the fountain if it’s being demolished. Not only that I don’t see why they would go out of the way to even replace the existing structure. And if it’s staying we all know it’s going to have to be gutted to even function again.

That's very beautiful. Thanks for the video. But I have never heard of the Moana fountain, so I must show it to my children.
I like this show.
In the meantime, I want to please my children and install a small fountain in the backyard. I wonder if anyone has had the experience of building a fountain, making it work without electricity? I found this article https://woahtech.com/best-solar-powered-water-pumps/ about water pumps that run on solar energy. If someone has had such an experience, please share your feedback. I'm interested to know how it works and is it the best solution for a fountain?
