CHANGE IT. :fork:

Do you want the artistic parade or the kiddy craptacular version?!
I never saw Tapestry of Dreams thus really don't care. I think Tapestry of Nations was a great parade. I think that Tapestry of Nations should have only lasted through the Millennium Celebration as it was designed specifically for it unlike Reflections of Earth which works because there are no explicit references to the Millennium except for one (another thousand circles round the sun) which is easily fixable. The puppets from Tapestry of Nations should still be in Epcot somewhere. The music for Tapestry of Nations is probably the most beautiful and powerful piece of music I have ever heard and I hope it plays in Epcot after IllumiNations for all time as walking out of Epcot hearing it is the closest thing to heaven on Earth to me.

Well, you would, if you'd have seen it...It was that bad.

I know that there was a great back story for TON, but I would break it to have it stay TON and not TOD.

They needed a "new" parade for the 100YOM.

Well' they kind of had to. The back story for the original parade was that the Sage of Time can only walk the earth every thousand years' essentially at the beginning of every Millennium. So naturally with such a tight back story they would have to change or get rid of it at some point. They kind of pushed it in 2001 but I guess it was early enough in the Millennium that the Sage could extend his walk. Then came Tapestry of Dreams. Essentially Tapestry of Nations was "locked" into the Millennium Celebration. One thing about the parade that is timeless is of course the music and the belief that the human spirit prevails over all the darkness of the world and that message is visible today with all the caring and charity work going on in Haiti.

All correct. I just dont see how they can afford to change the parades when there are things they have that need to be attended to. Then when those things go they have to face people like us. I see something broken all the time in the parks. It seems like the parks were babied in the 90's and they made a big deal about every inch of the park.
