According to the plans, each Dumbo will be the same size and have 16 flying elephants. Only difference is one goes clockwise, the other counter.

I have no idea if they are re-using the existing Dumbo, though I suspect they would want to.

Agreed. They probably still have the molds from the new elephants, and have drawers full of the spare parts. Why re-invent it when you can reproduce it?

Take most of it apart, get a big crane, lift it, and set it down in the new location once the other one is done. Minimal downtime.

Hey Lee is Dumbo going to be flying over water? Like in Disneyland? With fountains and such lol I saw some blue in the model and it made me wonder and I just want you to clarify.
