Is it the original Mickey drawing?

Here is an article where a man claims to have the original Walt Disney drawing of Mickey Mouse:

I don't think it is the original. It doesn't look like the type of cartoon Walt would draw on the train and I think for a prototype, it seems to me that it would be odd for Mickey to be pictured holding a phone of all things. Also, I've seen some of Walt's drawings, and I don't think he would draw it quite like that. I think it may have been an earlier drawing (probably done by another artist), but not the first.

What do you all think?

I think that it's a interesting find but HIGHLY improbable that someone like Dave Smith hasn't found this yet...

It's rather large and finished to be "the" original drawing. Not only that, it doesn't even look like a drawing...who in their right mind would color in the black areas of something that size?

I highly doubt it. I'm sure Walt's first drawing of Mickey was a simple little sketch in a small sketch book.

It looks like a more evolved Mickey Mouse. Further from Steamboat Willie days.
