You think Disney and the phrase The Happiest Place on Earth, comes to mind. But, is working for the mouse all you thought it would be? Is it like a normal job or more? Less?
After spending 7 years with Disney, I love it even more. While not everything may be as "magical" as before, my respect for those who create and carry out the magic is greater than ever. I was very proud to represent Disney to the guests I came in contact with. Wouldn't trade my experience for the world.
I believe if you are in love with Walt Disney World, and you understand that you are there to work; and even at the most magical place on earth, sometimes at the end of the day, you just want to go home and not go play in the parks...if you understand that, you will be fine and it will be a wonderful place to work. But there are many people there who don't love Walt Disney World and who took the job for the benefits and because it was the largest local employer. They will whine and complain and do their best to make it seem like a chore to work there. But if you believe in making magic to the best of your ability, you will have a blast.
