Yes for sure, just like anything else it will be based on availability, but there will always be rooms open, just a matter of what you are willing to pay

E ticket rides. I doubt every ride. In the past it has been done but I am not sure it can be done with the increased crowds and more "E" ticket rides.

Well, didn't Disney use the map of the gondola lines that the likes of @danlb_2000 and others worked out from nothing more than the permits? So someone from Disney must have been reading the gondola thread at that point.
