Is BLT Top of the World lounge open to all DVC members?

I think we will look to head there when we go in the next week - we are there for quite a while so hopefully get to have a bit of relax and chill time up there 
Maybe look to head there when we get kicked out of Magic Kingdom one evening when the MNSSHP is on - and watch the fireworks from there. In 13 years that my parents have been members we have been a few times but never up in this lounge so think we will try and fit it in this time. Interesting on the numbers that were in there the other week.
As for other DVC members whom do not not have BLT as their home having this added to their annual dues - think that is slightly unreasonable - we will all be paying a dues here and there for using washroom facilities or the likes if we start thinking that way.

I'm pretty sure that Top of the World Lounge is considered a commercial element of the building and not a common area so it doesn't factor into dues. Just wanted to quote this to emphasize it. All talk of where dues end up was in jest. We have to pay them in order to be DVC. If my dues do not drastically rise, I'm not really caring where it end up, as long as the properties look good and we continue to have special incentives.

What time do they have the MNSSHP fireworks? Is it the same time for every party? I'm really hoping we'll do what you did (on 12/7).

Usually the fire works are at the same time. On the 7th it will be MVMCP. I believe the fireworks are around 9:30ish (feel free to correct me if i'm wrong). We got there early and they let us park at the hotel.
