Is amateur filming allowed in the parks?

My Cologne- I was hoping that I could possibly recreate the magic of Disney at home by filming there while I take my family on vacation in the near future.

My take on this is that If I film our experience, I dont have to take them again for a few years as I have very little funds, and I can recreate the magic that is Disney by pulling out a few video tapes of our first experience for my family and I to enjoy.

I'm wondering if security would allow me to stage a couple battles in the United Kingdom pavilion. Obviously I wouldn't bring horses in the park, that's just silly, but would the jousting weapons be allowed in epcot, along with my knight armor?
