What happened to Iron Man 3 being the first Disney branded Marvel film?

I think it was similar to the Avengers deal where Disney took over some aspects, but Paramount still gets to put their name on it.

I have seen its both two movies so i am really excited for its 3rd part. Robert Downey Jr. plays really a great job as a Tony Stark/Iron Man. And the villain of second movie is looks and acts really amazing.

Both parts of Iron Man movie are too good. Even i have watched these movies 2-3 time and now i am waiting for 3rd part of Iron Man movie. I am sure this movie will be one of the best movie of this series.
