Interesting video, yes.
But if you start clicking around to the user's other videos, you come to realize that these weren't authorized CMs poking around backstage with a video camera, but rather Guests who broke rules and put themselves in very dangerous situations... They hopped out of the ride vehicles to sneak into backstage areas, including in one video where one of the kids stumbles and almost falls into a pit (though I guess one bit of saving grace is that the potentially deadly ride machinery was ABOVE the cars on Horizons, compared to all the other Omnimovers where it's below the cars...)
My outlook on these videos would have been very different if they'd been authorized to do what they were doing. I have some former CM friends who had managers walk them around to video things from normally inaccessible areas, including one Tower of Terror CM who went out onto the catwalk behind the hotel sign, set the camera down on the catwalk and let it film a couple cycles of the ride. (They stepped to the side, out of view of the riders in the drop shaft)
The same friend, when he was in training, his original tour of the Tower and the various rooms happened during operating hours. When they came to tour the hallway with the ghosts, they had ti keep an ear out for when the next vehicle was coming and get back out of sight each time it came by.
