When I was being trained as a custodian on Main Street, I was told that those are the Imagineers who were responsible for the redesign of Casey's Corner. I wasn't around for whatever it looked like before, so I don't know what "redesign" means. And if you look closely you can tell that they aren't wearing those mustaches, they are drawn on with an ink pen LOL
