You have no idea how much I appreciate this post!!! My family and I switched our DLR vacation to WDW because VGF became available! Sooooo, long story short, I've been obsessing over what the resort will "turn out like"...I realize that in 20 days, there will probably be more pictures and videos available, but your photos are the first I've seen of the inside!

Can't wait to show DH when he gets home from work!!

The YouTube with the penguins in the fountain oddly brought my memories right back to our stay at the Peabody. Interesting choice for the Disney DVC.

I stayed at the Peabody for business it was a nice hotel.

I'm thinking the green is almost supposed to be a connecting color. IE matches the ceiling, hints of the same green in the wall paper, accents of that color in the carpet, etc.

Disney knows how to move a project along quickly when there is a huge ROI. Park attractions well...
