Hopefully only if they were actually fallen upon. Otherwise, I would be so offended by Disney refunding that I would ask for a refund.
Unfortunately this is how the world works. When I was in high school I worked customer service at a grocery store and we refunded everything. I hated it and now will never ask for one unless the company intentionally did something. Oh you burned your steak when you grilled it? Here's your full money back, must have been a bad steak. Your 3 drops of milk went bad after the expiration date? Okay, here is money back for the whole gallon. Ugh!

Sorry to derail the thread. I do feel for the victim, this happened twice while I worked at WDW and its not the way to go.
