wonder if that door will have a chain on it now, luckily it is probably against some sort of building code so the threat is still there

Thanks for the great pics Merf! Consequently I think it's pretty cool you're going one on one with the Imagineers! And they thought they could keep WDWMagic in the dark, ha! :lol:

First I take pictures of the mural being torn down at Living Seas, in plain sight. They put big blue tarps up.

I take photos of the ride and ride system in the tanks. They've now put up mini-walls to block the view of the vehicles. (It's really silly, you'll see it when i post the photos)

Anywho.. worked on my various camera settings and got some really nice photos this time around. Pics will be up within the next hour or so.

"Did they get my good side?"

"I was there too, why wasn't I in photos?"

"They only took photos of people working.."

"Yeah, right, 'quality assurance,' where were you when we built DCA?"

"Busy being laid off..."

"OH, right. sorry.. Any other notes from Mr. Lasseter?"

"Yeah, don't let the kid take photos until he proves he knows how to use the apeture and shutter speed settings. Throw up some silly walls made out of paint buckets, cardboard, and tin foil - and if he can read the names on the paintbuckets we'll buy him a dolewhip."

"Okie dokie, where should we hang this abstract interpetation of seaweed which represents the struggle of mankind against communist oppression?"

I had thought that was the timeline as well, but the fact they have effects testing and the vehicle bases moving made me wonder, plus I thought I read on here somewhere they had a open casting call for ride operators maybe in the next couple weeks... ?? Or maybe I've got that confused with another attraction. Who knows.
