Considering you're not allowed up there (unles syou take the Undiscovered Future World tour), it would be pretty risky to try sneaking up there just to snap some pics. They could probably throw you out of the park if you got caught.

If you do want to go up there, my advice is to look as much as a first time tourist as possible. Hawaiian shirt, goofy ears, and where the camera around your neck.

wow some of you are lucky to go up there to see it yourself..

however I found a site with some pics of the imageworks..

http://incolor.inebraska.com/aat/imagination.html Check it out, not to many pics, but shows some stuff.

Oh I was getting teary eyed looking at those pictures! Memories....

I'm so tempted to take a peek on Thursday...I'll tell them my 3 year old was playing with the elevator buttons and I had to go after him. (j/k)

If you go back through the tunnel or any father than they took you. You would see that it's all screwed up. There are wires disconnected everywhere and it is really truly depressing.

Hmmm....now there may be an idea. Since we now have that lovely D-Army, most if not all of whem grew up with pleasant childhood memories of the old ImageWorks...why not have a big old recruitment drive? Ask all your friends who go to EPCOT to stop at their equivalent of City Hall and ask for the return of the ImageWorks. Do it yourselves, too.

After all, if all those complaints a the MK have sparked a plan for an SGE rehab (and pleae understand I'm not trying to turn this into another "Stitch bashing" thread)...then why not try same to see if we can get back something we want? If we got them to give us back the ImageWorks, I'm sure there'd be some changes...I don't think even that could get us back Dreamfinder...but even a small victory would be worthwhile.

I too am one of those people that dearly miss the old Image works. My figment fan website proves that.

Since we can not have the original ride back; I have thought many times that they should take the Rainbow tunnel and put it at the end of the ride and in the entry way into the new Image works. I think this would definately help in bringing back the magic of the old attraction into the new one. Now we need to work on getting the big camera out of there and bring in Dreamfinders interactive attraction.

When did you last visit? "The World's Largest Digital Camera" was working in December. . .

Was it under rehab or what?

I can't believe they have it just sitting there. Why...Why...Why!!! Did anyone ever question the tour guide when shown all this old stuff? I wanna go up there so bad. How much is the tour?

Disney not having money is an oxymoron... so again, let us question; why?
It is not that non-believable. Disney World is the largest single site employer in the country/world. They do spend money on wages, attractions, TV, Theme Parks, Movies, Animation, and many other things. I believe they are about $14 billion in debt. Although Disney does recieve a lot of money, they also need to spend a lot of money.
