So are they hard to get used to.....do they balance well? Pretty easy to manuver, after you get used to it?

It wasn't very hard to manuver. You just have to figure out how much you need to lean to make it move or stop. And no, I didn't fall off!

Ms. Spook got to ride it on the Sports deck on the Disney Magic.

I got to ride it at a special VIP lounge at the FIRST Robotics National Competition held at Epcot last year. It took place in the parking lot (right next to the monorial line.)

Cars arn't.

Correct the only things being discussed now, and I think it deals with your area local government possibly is some areas are talking about requiring IT owners to wear helments. I believe Atlanta is one city

A few other places do, but at differnt ages. And some kids can't ride unless supervised by an adult, etc.

Around 32 states have passed some sort of Segway legislation.

SON OF A...!!!

I can't even begin to tell you how much I want to ride one of those. I go to Epcot all the time and everytime I see a CM riding about on one I turn green. BAd, non-Disney thoughts come to mind... like knocking one of those guys off the Segway and taking it for myself... :goodnevil :goodnevil :goodnevil
But, I'd be in Disney Jail in a heartbeat. And, nobody needs that.
Anyway, that's the coolest thing ever. Good for you, spook! :sohappy:

I was hoping to get a chance to ride one in January. I thought I had heard there is an innovations area with them. Is that wrong, or can you just not ride them?
