Hm, I believe they are used in the Little Mermaid show and the Playhouse Disney show. I'm not sure about any others, but there probably are a few more places.

They do use puppets in the Playhouse Disney show. I know somebody who works (or at least used to work) there. There maybe other opportunities out there...check the web site.

VoLM, DSMC, MJJP, POCA, FOLK, Playhouse...that is all i can think of right now that have puppets in the traditional sense, some of the show elements in Fantasmic are also considered puppets.

It is also used in Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade in AK. The Stars and Motorcars Parade in MGM has some puppets of Playhouse Disney characters as well.

Congrats and good luck.
Are you a CM moving to this postion or a new hire. If the latter, being a CM is great fun.

Donald at Mickey's Philharmagic is also done by puppetry (not an AA)

The Muppetvision show is Audio-Animontronics (with the exception of sweetums)

Fantasmic During the jungle scene, Little Mermaid during under the sea as well as the eels (i forgot thier names), Playhouse Disney, Festival of the Lion King on the Floats (4 puppets), 2 puppets in the Pocahontas and her Forest Friends show, and the parades. The Legend of the Lion King show used to be employ many puppets, but has closed. Same goes for Tapestry of Dreams/Nations, unless the rumors of it coming back for Epcot's 25th birthday prove true. I'll believe that when I see it.

The room that used to serve as the puppeteer break room for Legend is now a room full of manager cubicles, that alone leads me to believe that there is no puppeteer working that attraction.

Actually it's the Fantasyland training room, not offices at all. And coming from a former F-land CP, there is no puppeteering involved with Donald during Philhar.

I hope to be a puppeteer. I'm planning on auditioning for entertainment for fall 2006, and I would love to be a puppeteer too! I LOVE the FOTLK and VoLM, and Playhouse Disney is really cute.
