I never likes neither of them but I'm starting to think that I might prefer Eisner after what I have been hearing. I screwed up, same as in bot just as bad.

I think that Iesner was more excessive in both his faults and his strengths. That is, he was both worse and better than Igor.

My verdict about both Einser and Eiger is mixed. By no means do I resent them as much as some seem to do. If I have to pick between them, I shall let my love for the grand gesture and the sensational be decisive, and pick Mickel Ensier.

If only that were true. Eisner was a cornucopia of contradictions. He wanted to grow TWDC but he wanted to do it on the cheap; he wanted to grow live-action but he wanted to do it on the cheap; he wanted to grow the theme parks but (except for EuroDisney) he wanted to do it on the cheap. Wait. I guess he was just cheap.

Eisner is the reason we have two half-built theme parks (DHS & DAK). Eisner is the reason that maintenance was cut, that WDW's commitment to quality was lowered. Iger simply accelerated it.

P.S. Eisner did believe in printed theme park cups!

That's because nobody ever told him there was an option.

Eisner created the Disney Renaissance and built many theme parks.

Iger opened one theme park and many lackluster movies.

Although Eisner is always portrayed as evil, I think I prefer him.

But I think both have their good and bad points so they are probably equal.

I think people are very opinionated and thought I do not particularly care for either... I think they had some very big shoes to fill and did it the best way they felt they could. Hindsight is great and unfortunately, we do not get very many do-overs in life. I am glad I do not hordes of people analyzing me on every decision I make.

I may not like all they did, but I am glad I was not the one who had to make the decision.

Iger all the way!

Eisner was good when he started out, but when we lost Frank Wells in 1994, he turned bad. For a better understanding, read the book "Disney War" and you'll see how wrong a lot of you are about Eisner, realizing him for the slimeball that he truly was.

Iger is saving the company and I bet that when he leaves, some of you will be saying that he was better than his successor. :D

Bob Iger is better than eisner because he is Green lighting New Attractions for Wdw,Dlr,TDR,DLRP,HKDL,DCL AND DVC and Aquirced Pixar and Marvel Enetertainment to make more money.

Michael Eisner and Frank Wells made a great team. Second only to Walt and Roy! After Franks untimely death, Eisner seemed lost. He relied on a large group of "yes" men and got really bad advice. When that happened he made decisions that went from bad to awful. Iger has been pretty much non-spectacular in the job. Not terrible but not very memorable either.

I would vote for Isner (tee hee) but only in reference previous to FW's death.

Iger is Eisner's hand picked Number Two and successor from when he was at his worst, listening to the likes of Tom Staggs and Jay Rasulo.

Eisner had a passion for The Walt Disney Company that Iger lacks. He could be at Sony or The Weather Channel or UPS and I doubt he'd be much different. He has his particular obsession (technology) an is pursuing it the way he wants regardless of how it fits into what made the Company. He has also nearly completely abandoned growing and cultivating creative talent in-house, thus the many purchases of creative companies to brand their products as Disney, Pixar and Marvel being the biggest and most expensive.
