Don't get me wrong we had a good trip. We stayed at the Coronado and woke up to the grass being mowed outside our room a little before 7am. I called the front desk and brought it to the attention of a staff member upon check out but recieved no apology and was never contacted by management. The next morning around the same time guest woke us up loading their vehicle but once again nothing was done. I was told I would receive a voucher for a discount return trip but never received it. When I checked out the staff member said I should have gotten one. He took my information and said he would let management know so that they may send me one. 7 months later I have nothing.

Everybody pays to go to WDW. No one "deserves" a better vacation than someone else. Give that family a break they were leaving, for goodness sakes. Their day must've been way worse than yours. I hope you, though we're much more considerate and made not a peep when you were packing up your car.

What? Nobody deserves a better vacation? OH MY GOD, this is a terrible thing to say.

Nah just joking, I have learned that Americans are a particularly whiny sort that expect everything to be done for them, and perfectly. Being from the US I find this not only disturbing but very very annoying and childish.

I have had issues at WDW before, but by talking to CMs correctly, the issues were resolved extremely quickly. I believe that Disney has one of the best track record of hospitality of any place I have been. And I judge other destinations in the same light. Our cruise on Carnival 2 years ago was excellent compared to Disney, however, Carnival's record right now is extremely tarnished.

Things go wrong, take it in stride. I have PTSD and work hard every single day for the worst parts of this disorder from taking hold. By just relaxing and trying to take things in stride, many others can accept and move on. Some things in life are not just worth worrying about, or getting upset over.

You are at Disney, the happiest place on earth, with so much to see and do that you will never see it all in one vacation. BE HAPPY, others cannot afford to go, and you are there!

We had a little issue on the cruise line... I have to say after the management knew they couldn't fix the plumbing problem they were quick to accommodate us! I will spare you the details of the problem...They changed our rooms and helped us move our luggage. Everyday they contacted us to make sure there was nothing they could do to help us. Then they sent my son a stuffed animal and my husband and I a bottle of wine. We also had comp bike rentals on castaway cay... This was above and beyond. I really can say that legit complaints are really taken seriously from my experience. I did not even expect what we were given I was just happy to change rooms!

No offense but the hotel cant be responsible for guest loadinh their car. As for the mowing I can understand but think of how much work they have to do in a fay andhow hot and how unpredictable the weather is in fl.
