One other thing you have not mentioned. Do you have your park tickets yet? If not do you have them as part of your hotel package or are you buying them once you arrive?

I work Magic Kingdom Parking. If you get there reallly early....you'll be closer to the TTC. Minnie is parked first. (closest along with Chip & Dale, which is cast parking) But you should ride the lovely trams anyway because trams ROCK. Wooo.

In reality, it doesn't really matter. Just go in to the parking lot and follow the CMs directions.

I agree withNemo that it is nice to skip the TTC and get right to the gate! I know people say it's faster to drive yourself to the park, but I am leary of this. Our 2003 trip, we decided to drive to MK our last evening so the kids could ride the monorail with the driver. While we were at MNSSHP, our van was broken into, along with about 10 other cars! Not a magical way to end a trip! Although, I know this is a RARE experience - I'm sticking with the busses! :lookaroun

You can't skip the TTC. You can skip the parking lot if you take a bus...but everyone has to go through the TTC....that's where you get on the monorail or the ferry. Well, technically you can get right to MK, but that's if you're a CM.

But I know what you meant! Anywho, I love the trams because I drive and spiel on them!!

um that is not exactly correct. You can skip the TTC if you are taking a bus directly from one of the resorts. The bus stop is located to the left hand side of the Magic Kingdom Entrance to the Ferry landings and on the opposite side of the Monorail but they are all at the entrance to the Magic Kingdom park directly. I don't liek the buses usually. They take too long and are crowded. I really prefer to drive. I can usually get there faster on busy days with less fuss and stress!

Liking them is a whole other conversation. For me they tend to work just fine, especially if I Am only hitting the one park on that day. They are also the only way to skip the TTC if you are coming to the Magic Kingdom. If you drive there is no way to avoid the TTC. If you are on the monorail you may hit it, though. The only reason I would have a car is to go off property. That would certaily be of value to me, but I think that is more of a personal decision. Belle
