If you could create a EPCOT Pavilion...

My friend (who's half Greek) and I always like to joke that there could never be a Greece pavilion because they'd start construction and never finish it out of laziness.

I would want to build a "dream" pavillion that is interactive where you can imagine your world and then that world would follow you (or more precisely your magic band) throughout the other lands to show you how your dream would manifest itself in those cultures or areas of the world.

It would infuse all of the areas and further the technology put into play while creating thought and learning.

That's a pretty hefty lift however that's how Disney thinks.

WondersOfLife

Blink, blink. Breathe, breathe. Day in, day out.
The Wonders of Life pavilion converted into a "Living Mind" pavilion featuring both Inside Out characters and Cranium Command characters. Considering that General Knowledge even says "the left brain handles linear thinking: analysis, logic. The right brain is the creation center: Home of the emotions and imagination. Here at the cortex you'll run the whole shebang."

So Inside Out characters (Possibly Figment too) on the "right side" of the pavilion. The cortex would be a theatre in the middle (make the original "Making of Me" theatre three times as big by taking up the other two theaters, thus having a new and improved Cranium Command show). As for the "left side" of the pavilion, maybe create a new stream of characters for that part. Whether it's an inside out sequel or just new only-in-park characters.

Sort of. It is traditional for Greeks to give their children a home as a wedding gift, so many start building one a little at a time rather than all at once. Apparently, you don't have to pay property taxes until it is finished, so they purposely leave it unfinished for as long as possible. Their lack of rain makes it a bit easier to do than in, say, Florida. At least this is what I was told when I questioned the many incomplete houses (mostly roofless) I saw when traveling there.

I have no idea if this is true of commercial properties.

EPCOT does have Cronuts but not at the Canada pavillion, but it is kinda close-ish. :hilarious::cautious: Anyway, I would like to add winegums to that list of needed Canadian treats. I can't tell you how many times I go into the shops there and mention it to the CMs and they are like ahhh winegums we miss those! LOL
Beaver Tails. How I miss thee. Add them back on a snack cart, please TDO, I beg you!:inlove:

Yup... excited to have a cronut near the Canadian pavilion when we are there in September! :cautious: Still... it should be served in the Canadian pavilion with Tim Hortons Coffee... I think that would be a very yummy Canadian combo!

I forgot about winegums! Absolutely winegums MUST be added to the list!!!

Since we are Blue Skying here...I am going to steal my Son's idea (he wants to be an Imagineer)
A Greece pavilion. The main design will be inspired by Ancient Greece. Columns and recreations of famous site and statues.
Central in this Pavilion will be Mount Olympus. This will house the attraction and the restaurant.
The Attraction will be an E-Ticket coaster ride featuring a leisurely chariot tour of the land that becomes dangerous when Athens is attacked by Titans. A mix of dark ride and coaster with Animatronics and Projections.
The Restaurant will be a short ride up to the top of Mount Olympus, through the clouds where you can "Dine with the Gods". This will also give patrons incredible view of Epcot and Illuminations from their tables or special viewing areas. May include walkaround "Gods".
I was thinking Greece too. I think building a hillside (similar to Beast Castle in MK) with the white houses of Santorini would be very cool.

Future World could use a new Wonders of Life with a redone Body Wars and an Inside Out attraction, also a Test Track and Journey into Imagination redo, and probably a pavilion revolving around computers. I'd definitely like to see a Switzerland with a Matterhorn in the World Showcase, but an E-ticket attraction in any country would be great!

I've always wondered why Israel and Spain were never built... I have the book where that Yesterland picture came from and wanted to know why they weren't built.

I'd like to see an Oceania pavilion. Incorporating Australia, New Zealand and some of the outlier islands like Fiji. Use a Sydney Opera House replica as the signature restaurant and put it on the lake. Have a quick serve or casual option (or both) to showcase some of the Polynesian dishes as well as Vegimite and Lamb Shanks.

Throw in a couple of beer carts, and some shopping and entertainment like balladeers, didgeridoo players, and a boomerang show....and viola it'd be one of the more popular pavilions in Epcot.
