That's really the final answer, surely? As it has ever been for this pavilion. It was never the greatest, so unlike half of WDW the easy answer isn't just 'restore it to its previous state'. It had its moments: "it rained..and it rained...and it rained", and the fantastic queue, and placemaking (the Seas took you somewhere!), and an ambition to convey magic and mystery, of the real world. But otherwise, it could do with a large rethink.1 thing I’d change is I would bring it’s theme back to undersea exploration.
I didn’t ask for it to revert to the old attraction, but the original theme I think is still relevant and could house a great attraction. New attraction, original theme. Nemo is insanity and diminishes a majestic pavilion into a playground for simpletons who won't listen to anything not presented by a cartoon or celeb. So removing that is a good start. From there, as above.
