If you could change one thing about each theme park at WDW, what would you change?

I think that's because no one actually expects the thing to ever be fixed. Wishing for it to get fixed at this point is about as stupid as hoping for an extension on the monorail.
However, everyone would want that. Disney literally wasted money on this ride. If you want it to be what you imagined it to be, then they should fix it. After the new area is built. They have the money.

I agree. If I ever actually did fix the Yeti I think I would throw a party at my house. Seriously. A Yeti party. Its just been so long that no one really thinks they're ever going to get around to fixing it. I agree that it could be done once the new expansion area gets done.

MK: better/more sit down (or even just nicer quick service) dining options. I literally plan our trips around not having to eat big meals at MK. I despise the craziness around getting a table at BoG, CRT is so expensive for what it is, and the other options are, in our experience, just...OK. I can think of many, many other places at WDW I'd rather eat than pretty much all of MK right now.
Epcot: ...oh. OK, if I'm picking one thing, let's say re-opening one of its closed buildings in Future World for something other than event space.
Studios: does it have to be a realistic change? I would love to see the working-studio-aspect back, but I think that ship has sailed. Honestly I'm having a hard time with this one. The actual changes coming should be a nice start, but something's just off about the whole vibe there over the past 5-10 years now. I'm not sure what will "fix" it.
AK: another family-friendly (but not necessarily "very little kid-friendly") ride or two

Once the new area is open would be the best time to do it because everyone would already be focused on that, you could close it down to redo it, then once you re open it you will be able to evenly distribute the crowds. Something I always wish was on Everest was a tilt track, like they have on the newest Harry Potter ride. When the yeti comes in and lifts up the track, it would be so cool if the had a tilt track to make it feel like the yeti was actually lifting the track.

Doesn't have to be realistic. It can be whatever you want.

AK: Bring back Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade.
MK: Bring back the old Main St. Bakery.
Epcot: Add a New Ride in Future World
DHS: Quit blocking the Chinese Theater with anything.

Now that I'm thinking about it more, I think it would be really cool to have viewing places actually on the castle looking back down MS or if some of the balconies on Pecos Bill's actually allowed seating.

MK - I like the idea of Tomorrowland being the retro-future.. (how they saw the future in the 50's/60's, Jetsons style), but they should pick a theme and stick with it. Get rid of the race track, it takes up too much space and isn't a very good ride.

EP - as many have said before.. fix up what is already there (or has been there..) a local science museum shouldn't be cooler than the exhibits. I read a suggestion on one of the boards that they should host national science fairs there, similar to the sporting events they do at ESPN, I think that is a great idea. in Innovations adding a new country or 3 to WS would be cool.. getting a small ride in each country would be cool too.

HS - I think they are on the right track.. but they shouldn't close an attraction until they are ready to put a shovel in the ground for it's replacement.

AK - Replace Avatar with Australia

They don't need to close down the ride to fix the yeti since he is separate from the ride and can be removed without removal of any ride components. ;)

MK: Classic Character Meet and Greet (Steamboat Willie, Pete, Scrooge McDuck, more villains, etc...)
HS: Pixar Character Breakfast
EP: Would wish for a monorail stop at the back entrance as well
AK: Wish it was a little more spacious and easier to navigate. I just never seem to get used to it after tons of trips.
