If you could change one thing about each theme park at WDW, what would you change?

WondersOfLife

Blink, blink. Breathe, breathe. Day in, day out.
Then why are they adding three new lands?? Imagine how much more packed it's going to be once the three new lands are opened. So they can add new lands that will draw way more people, but they can't add one single roller coaster??
Adding two lands with new attractions and experiences is what HS needs.. It'll both increase park capacity by a little AND actually add some more attractions for guests to do. Right now, everyone is cramming into just a few attractions.

As for Avatarland... I have no thoughts on it. I don't know if it'll do the park good, or not make any affect whatsoever.

Magic Kingdom: Scrap Tomorrowland Speedway to put in Journey to the Center of the Earth (Almost a carbon copy from Tokyo), you'd also have to reroute/tunnel the TTA and build a tunnel for the Railroad but so be it. Retheme Tomorrowland to more of Discoveryland vibe. (H.G. Wells/Jules Verne-esque)

EPCOT: Journey into Imagination needs some help. Desperately. It's a ghost-town right now. Re-do the pavilion completely.

DHS: It seems like pretty much everything is changing already! I guess I would say that Animation area needs a complete makeover. Nothing there (except for One Man's Dream) that's really worth stopping for.

Animal Kingdom: Dino-Rama. Please. There's so much potential there. It doesn't even have to be Dinosaurs outside of the "Dinosaur!" attraction. Australia would be a really great fit there.

Magic Kingdom: More representation of the underrepresented princesses, whether it be that all princesses are included in Fairytale Hall, or that each princess actually gets an attraction of some sort.

Epcot: There would be more actual attractions in World Showcase, but not like Frozen which has nothing to actually do with Norway. Attractions that are actually somewhat relevant to the pavilions. And preferably high quality attractions, not little films like Reflections of China.

DHS: We'd have a Villain themed land coming our way along with all of the Star Wars and Toy Story stuff.

Animal Kingdom: Beastly Kingdom instead of Avatar.

YEAH!!! ALL ATTRACTIONS NEED TO BE CLOSER! BUT THEN AGAIN, if I lived in Florida I would hope and pray that the magic never got old for me. Living so far away, the magic doesn't get old even going every year because it's such a treat!

I love your thought, fireworksandfairytales, about underrepresented princesses. Yes, we can find M&G for Tiana and Merida and occasionally, Pochantas and Mulan if we look hard enough but it would be so great to have them ALL rotating through PFT. I think we just have too many princesses for each one to get their own attraction, even spread out among four parks. I'm just glad they ALL do meet and greets. This IS THE YEAR I MEET MY GIRL BELLE!!! Well, I've tried for two years and can never seem to find her, lol!

I'm new to Disney (only been in 2013 and 2014) so I don't have a ton of thoughts but:

Magic Kingdom-- an updated Tomorrowland would be great, especially getting rid of the Stitch ride, it didn't impress me and it seems a little boring, even for young children. Also, a Pirate table service restaurant would be nice.

Epcot: I was never there in the 90's but there's a lot of Epcot that appears to be old, outdated or missing now. Universe of Energy desperately needs an update. It would be great to have another attraction or two in the Soarin' area. My big question is: Where's the Ratatouille ride? I know they hired the guy who did the French ride to work in Florida, so perhaps eventually....

DHS: I love what they are doing to DHS. We all know it desperately needs it! Glad the Muppets aren't going anywhere. I hear Fantasmic is getting an upgrade, too! There's so much potential at DHS. I wish they'd just name it Pixar Place instead of ToyStoryLand, then we could have the house from UP perhaps be a QS or snack shop and I'd love to see them do something with the amazing wonder that is INSIDE OUT.

Animal Kingdom: Disney knows it's stuff and what each park needs, for the most part. Making this a nighttime park will be huge. The only thing I don't like about it is the really long walk to where everything actually is in the park. Also when the park closes, it seems like the buses are in short supply because there are 16 million people trying to leave at the same time. That's a problem everywhere probably, but I only notice it here lol.[/QUOTE]

Magic Kingdom
Dock the Liberty Belle and use it at night as a Wishes viewing area, create a people-eating river ride attraction themed to tie into Frontierland (Oregon-trail-eque scenario for fording the river, possibly keep the Tom Sawyer connection), use most of the space at Ft. Langhorn like an interactive queue, and build a crossover bridge where that dead-end area after the smoking section at BTMRR is to access the attraction. When you exit the attraction, use Aunt Polly's area as the gift shop / restrooms. Completion in time for 50th anniversary celebration.

I love the ideas! If any of you are'nt already, come chime in on the imagineering boards! That is kind of where this type of thing belongs anyway.

Well, this isn't really what you would make, just what you would change
The Imagineering forums are all about how you would design or change parks, rides, shows, etc. Many of the threads over here are about how we would alter some of our favorite rides or areas.

MK - Remove the castle stage and open the castle entrance to traffic all day

EPCOT Center - Return to 1993

DHS - Restore the concept of a working-studio (force Disney Channel shows to film there and some animators to work there) and studio tours

AK - Build Beastly Kingdom

I'm shocked no one said major refurbishment for Everest. Everyone's fine w/ disco yeti???

I think that's because no one actually expects the thing to ever be fixed. Wishing for it to get fixed at this point is about as stupid as hoping for an extension on the monorail.
