While not exactly a fan, I do stay at the All Stars the most.

By a technacilty they could use Marvel as it is not in a theme park. Also something in the contract has changed because they actually are advertising the Superhero HQ at Disney Springs with MARVEL on top of the main sign. This sign appeared today I believe.
