But of course. I am certainly all for more characters at Epcot theme park. I mean, it's better than using real people.I think a great way to refurb this would be to swap out Ellen and Alex with Phineas and Ferb. You could incorporate many of the ideas that the boys did in the show and it would fit very well with the theme of energy. Plus, it would give some kids hosts that they would know as well.
I think the kids have enough cut. I hate what they did to the aquarium.Suggestion: Ditch EVERY celebrity, and the need to make it "cute" for kids. Make the dinosaur section more intense and realistic. I'm not saying have the T. Rex chase everyone, but just give the scene more urgency, make it sublime. Restore the preshow to its original (make it factually up to date, of course), and at long last, SHORTEN the length of the attraction. CONSIDERABLY.
Can I just confess that I love hearing the music from it when I walk into Epcot? In fact, the primary reason I go to it is to hear the music (it's also really nice when it's 95 degrees and I need a breather). But, if they were to re-do it, I'd be sad if the changed the music

I think there is space for Ellen, Bill Nye et al whilst welcoming new characters that would help keep the original cast fresh too. Nobody can tell me the prospect of Mike Wazowski and Ellen running from the dinosaurs doesn't sound entertaining! Introducing Mike and Sully - given Monsters Inc is all about energy, could work IMO.

Mark me as saying that there should only be Seven characters in Future World: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, Dreamfinder and Figment.
