Hi Everyone, I joined not too long ago and got caught in life. My trip is planned so other than being really excited about our December trip, I have had to focus my energies on work and school. I am finishing my degree after putting off my bachelors for about 12 years. I have an assignment in an Internation Business class that is requiring me to put together a business plan to open a business of my choice in a foreign country. My passion for scrapbooking gave an excellent and easy option. The plan is no problem. However I am looking for some ideas....if there is something that your first scrapbooking resource lacks, what is it? In other words, what would you like to see your local consultant or store offer that would gain & retain your loyalty?

Hmmm, that's a tough one. I think I'd say new products (or at least knowledge of them). I hate it when I see new products released in major magazines and I have to explain to the employees what it is. :hammer:

you get my vote for digital!

digital classes for creating kits, (but once i know how to do it myself i would probably not come back) and then again i might get tired of trying to make my own because i would not have the imagination to know what to create, which would mean i would keep coming back.

I really wish my local store had more classes - beginners, intermediate, etc. Also classes to learn how to use "stuff" would be good.

If you had a store, where a product is, it would be cool to have a little sign - "learn how to use this item! Classes are...."
