I remember not long ago there was a 'orange version' availible at the Sunshine Tree Terrance ( next to the Tiki Room). I am not 100% sure if it was Dole branded though..maybe Tropicana....but it was yummy none the less.

It in no way however topped 'the classic'....Pinapple Float ( aka Dole Whip...).

I introduced some friends to the joys of this lovely concoction just a few days ago. I told em' there are 4 things you MUST DO when at WDW:

1. Have a Dole Whip ( actually, have TWO!)
2. Breath some Tram fumes while riding the Tram in the Parking Lot
3. Ride in the nose-cone of a Monorail of choice
4. Drink some Orlando water at least once...

This thread gives me an opportunity to ask a Dole Whip related question...is there also a pineapple/vanilla swirl? I usually order pineapple dole whip with the pineapple juice (float) but last time I felt it was too...tart? I guess that's the word. I was thinking for some reason there was a pineapple/vanilla swirl, it may be a little less tart. Ooh or maybe try just vanilla in a float. My mom always orders plain vanilla and she swears it is still the best "ice cream" she can get anywhere!

I would think its not there because I would associate ADVENTURE with a pineapple, and besides, the dole whip beats all the otehr flavors butts

well seeing that mango is a tropical fruit i can easily see it in adventureland and/or polynesian resort

orange could go in tomorrowland and/or grand floridian

strawberry/raspberry in fantasyland and/or contemporary
