I Went To A CP Presentation!!

I went to a Disney College Program Presentation yesterday and had great fun!!
I talked a lot with the presenter.
All we pretty much talked about before the Presentation started was Disney stuff.
I was talking with him about something and suddenly we got on to pins and he asked me if I was a pin collector. I told him I had a few and he went over to his desk and grabbed a Disney College Program Pin of Mickey Graduation Ears!!
I thanked him greatly and its now with all my other pins. Its one of my faves now.
I later answered a question correctly during the presentation and got a sharpie marker that says Disney College Program on it. It's green hehehe.
Sadly I didn't sign up for this Spring cause my mom thinks its too soon and she wants one last family vacation this spring before we can't do family things together again for a long time.
We might be going to WDW this March before my birthday so thats why I have a countdown on.
Good news is, I'm going to try for the Fall 2009 Disney College Program and go to the Presentation again. This time probley with my father.
I can't wait till Feb. for the Fall Presentation.
I'm set and ready to go and can't wait for my own Disney College Experience!!:sohappy::D

And hopefully I will see you down in FL next summer. I will be applying for Fall 09 too!:sohappy:

Thank you and I so can't wait.
I'm such a Disney Freak at times.
I'm so excited to experience it for myself.
I hope I get to go down this Spring for Vacation and then get to go as a CP Student.
That would be such a Magical Day lol :D

Oh, btw, it was so much better then watching the e-presentation they have on their site.
I found out more and got contact info so that I can talk with past CP Students and the recruiter :D

I agree. If it is possible, I prefer going to the live presentation.

I'm excited for the live presentation too! I just have to get through this week's midterms and then I can go on the 16th. I'm in the same boat as you, I can't go this spring but I'm hoping to go in the Fall!

I will be going for performer, character attendant again, attractions, and maybe FSFB and costuming (I haven't decided yet).

They are holding the Spring 09 auditions late Oct/early Nov. So I am going to guess that the Fall 09 auditions are going to be around March/April.

I'm glad you had a great CP experience. I just got back from playing Halo 3 so this is making my day where as Halo was kicking my butt :cry:

I'm going to college for graphic design so what classes would I be taking?:shrug:

doing the cp was the greatest time of my life! i worked at epcot and lived at vista way. such good memories, and good times.

i think fall is a better time to do the cp too (which is when i did mine) apply for it. i promise you wont regret it...

I just got off the phone with my interviewer. I think I did a good job and will be accepted for Spring 09 even though I can't go.

I'm going to reapply for Fall 09 and hopefully my luck will be as good. I just hope declining for next semester won't be a problem.

By the way I got the same pin by answering at trivia question at my presentation. Us nerds have all the luck

No, declining won't be a problem. People decline all the time, and are accepted again.:)

I still can't wait for this Feb. or March for those Presentations and going to WDW as a CP. I pray I do. Until then I'll have to just wait calmly:cool: LOL!! Me calm no way!! I want to go now lol:ROFLOL:
