When do you start to plan for your vacation?
We are thinking about going next June. I would like to get a whole package deal if possible. Is that a cheaper route to go??? Thanks for input.
I start planning as soon as we get home!
Actually, it's definitely not too early to start planning now for JUne. I'd recommend that you contact Kindom Konsultants, a sponsor of this site, and they will help you get the best possible deal for your trip.
We usually go the same times every year so I start planning as soon as my vacation is over.
If possible I book my rooms right away and then wait for the AP or FL res rates to come out to change it to the less expensive rate.
I think we'll probably be going in the next 2-4 months, and we've yet to really start planning. I've never had a hard time getting reservations. It's fun to kind of just play it by ear. If you don't go through Kingdom Konsultants, use AAA.
I say the sooner the better. I have booked as far out as 11 months. Also if you plan to do the dining plan options(especially), La Nouba, any kind of recreation, cruises, etc..., book those as soon as you are allowed. There is nothing that stinks more than going to book a dinner reservation a few weeks before we live for WDW and being told I am unable to get it. Also, Pam from Kingdom Konsultants took care of my last vacation. She was great.
We have our preliminary itineraries completed for our '08 4 nt Disney Wonder cruise and our '09 trip to Disneyland. Some say that I'm a little eccentric when it comes to Disney?
Well my wife is pregnant and due in November and I have been planning our trip for summer of 2008 already. My daughter will be about 20 months old by then. I know my family and wife are sick of me talking about disney but oh well they still have to hear it for a year and a half still. Right now im in the recruiting stage....see who is coming with us. Right now im at 10 people so far and havent asked my 2 sisters and there husbands. I alreay know we are staying in my fathers timeshare at the Vistana. He has 3 two bedroom timeshares that we are using so that saves some money. Well hope the time goes quick. Can anyone tell me the exact number of days till my trip is??? It was a long night last night...too many Heinekans(wrong spelling) last night. thanks matt
I start planning before I moved down here when I get back from the last one. I like to think ahead of the next one. I feel like I am home when I plan a trip.
