2006: Northern Illinois, Texas, Cincinnati, and Bowling Green. Gee, don't outdo yourself with that non-con schedule.Number_6 said:So then you're thinking that OSU is going to lose to Michigan this week? That would drop them enough in the rankings to not be in the Fiesta Bowl or whatever and therefore actually have that chance to play against UCF.
And you just have nothing nice to say to anyone that doesn't agree with you, do you? Frankly, I don't care how well they do in any potential Bowl game. I'm just happy to see them do as well as they have this year. George O'Leary coached them from being a winless team last year in the MAC to being at the top of C-USA. I think that much improvement for a team is fantastic and I'm happy with that. Remember, I'm from Boston, so I've spent years rooting for the Red Sox with the payoff finally coming last year with their World Series win. Rooting for UCF isn't that much different.
I do have one question, though. You were saying that OSU is supposed to be playing Miami(FL), Florida, USC, etc. in the next few years. I checked the schedules on OSU's website and they don't have games listed yet for any of those teams, only Texas(once, next year). Just wondering where they have those schedules listed, since this is what's on their official site:

http://ohiostatebuckeyes.collegesports.com/sports/m-footbl/2007-schedule.html

And Notre Dame is an independent, so there is no non-con schedule for them. Although I can't stand the Irish, they play one of the toughest schedules year in, year out.
