I want to make a new Disney resort (Brainstorm wanted)

So this has been something I've thought about doing for a while. Unfortunately, I don't have many ideas on what it could be like. According to the people on these forums, I can't clone things too much, although my mom says otherwise. If I'm going to build a Disney resort, ideas will be reused and some things may be cloned. Do keep in mind that she enjoys the parks for what they are and not in-depth with imagineering like me.

So here's what I want from this resort. I want it to be somewhere in America, serving as a third option of Disney. I was thinking somewhere in Southern Texas. I don't know how many parks there will be as well as what kinds of parks there will be. That's where I'd like some help with.

Before I start thinking this through, I need to know how many parks there should be as well as what kind of parks they are. I know that I want a castle park as a first gate, but I don't know what I want for its sequels. Any ideas?

I know I'm not supposed to ask for commentary, but I really need help. I feel so pressured to make this park authentic but also add my voice as well. However, I can't copy things, or at least that's what I've been told. Plus, with my location in Texas and with two other resorts in America, this means I have to work hard to make it stand out from them. Seriously, what do I do?

If you’re referring to my post in your thread on how to make a good park, I said that you specifically weren’t cloning too much, but that it was something to be aware of. Honestly, just do what makes you happy. They’re your projects, y’know? Trying to make everything perfect is just going to drive you crazy.
