If You had Wings sponsored by Eastern Airlines
When they had a small parade in Liberty Square with the Fife & Drum band, they would select kids from the crowds to participate. My oldest brother was in the parade (1972)

$5.00 park entrance fee, then you bought A,B,C,D, & E tickets. If you knew someone who lived in FL they actually had a small card that allowed you to buy booklets of just E tickets.

Yeah, I also remember paying .99 cents a gallon for gas here in NY when I was a senior in HS ;)

I remember when you had to buy packs of tickets, riding the skyway and seeing all the animals. Playing in the arcade on main street. Running I mean walking around at the age of 12 with no parents. OH YA AREST THEM NOW!!!!! Having Goofy grab me after coming out of the Haunted mansion and using me for a stepping stool to get on the bench to play out his speech. Seeing Mickey up on the train station just hanging out. All these things and many more.

I miss the 3-D sound booths they used to have in MGM Studios. You would go in with a few people and put on headphones. The voices and sounds would alternate from left ear to right ear. With your eyes closed in the dark it felt like someone was actually there whispering in your ear. They had a blow dryer effect that I thought was so cool when I was a kid!

Well, if it's already been mentioned, count me in as a plus however much......I miss the old MNSSHP, 2002-2003. It was well worth the money, and you got a lot more out of the experience , more villains and other random characters right on Main Street, WAY more ambience, the same amount of parades (Yay! Headless Horseman!) the Hallo-Wishes, and enough candy to put anybody into a Diabetic coma, even if your a family of 12.....I pretty much agree with a lot of the posts before mine, though!
