Out of all the phones that I have ever had the iPhone that I have now is my favorite. It's not just a phone it's a small computer. I really like the voice message as that really helps when I am sending a text or when I am posting a message like I'm doing right now. Since I like old time radio such as the Shadow, Escape, CBS radio Mystery Theater and so on I listen to a lot of those old time radio shows on my phone. I also listen to audiobooks like the Hobbit on my iPhone. Also this phone is a really good camera. I can take lots of good photos with my phone. Anyways I really like this phone.

I love mine. I used to buy new Androids anytime the latest and greatest came out. They would work awesome for about a year, then start having issues. It is so nice to have a phone that does nothing really spectacular, but just flat out works. I will never leave iphone.

My iPhone was stolen a few months back and it was the worst thing ever. Talk about not even knowing how to comprehend your existance on Earth. That was the scary part. As soon as I knew it was stolen my mind went into this alien fog. What do I do? I need to call the hubby so he can call the bank. Crap. I don't have a phone. Get to a phone. Son's work a few blocks away. He has a phone. Go there. Sit down in the store, call hubby (in a panic), call At&T to have the phone shut down, start logging into accounts and websites that can access my accounts to start changing all my passwords. It was insane. Gave my son back his phone and got in my car to return home. I need to go get another phone. Where's the nearest AT&T store? Reach over to pick up my phone to search. Crap. I don't have a phone. I had to pull over and really think where the nearest store even was. The following morning one of my sons came busting into my room early with their phone saying, "Dad said he has to talk to you right now." I didn't have a phone he could call me on. We don't have a house phone. My mother had called my husband to tell him my grandmother passed away because she knew I didn't have a phone. It's really crazy to think just how much we depend on those things.

I really like my iphone, but my wife has had all kinds of trouble with hers ever since she upgraded to ios 7.1.1.

First, every time she would receive a text message from someone, it would delete that person from her contacts.
Then, it blocked my texts to her. At first, I thought that she was just ignoring my texts or had accidentally blocked me, but I sent her a couple test texts and she didnt get them. I checked her block list and no one was on it. I rebooted her phone and she now gets my texts, but the lost contacts never returned.

Not sure when you upgraded the OS but as a Apple user since 1986 (Apple IIc !) till the present day I can tell I never never upgrade the OS when they first release the upgrade. Wait about 4-5 weeks after and they normally have the bugs worked out by then. Apple makes a great OS but they pretty much suck when releasing upgrades for some reason.

When my hubby first upgraded his iOS it was really messed up. The funny thing was the other 3 iPhones in the house updated without a hitch. It was just his phone. We took it to the Genius Bar (it's like a couple miles from us) and the tech said it was a corrupt download. Do a backup of her phone. Reset it. Reload the update. Then restore from the backup. That should get it.

I'm working off my MacBook Pro that I got in August 2010. She's still kickin' like a champ. No other laptop I've ever had lasted this long. They always die. The only thing I had come up was a year ago my charger quit working. I took my Mac w/charger to the Genius Bar to make sure it was the charger and not something loose inside the Mac. It was the charger. They replaced it for me at no charge. At that point I had this MacBook for nearly 3 years yet they still stood strong behind their product. Retail for the parts replaced would've been over $80, if I recall correctly. To me, it's not just investing in a solid performing piece of equipment, it's investing in a company that stands behind their products and offers me face-to-face support whenever I need it at no additional charge. The peace of mind really is a wonderful thing. I'm hopefully ((crossing my fingers)) going to be able to get my boys each a MacBook before the start of next school year. We homeschool so all their curriculum is run off their laptops. They've been using some cheapy Toshiba's we picked up at Sam's a few years ago but they're both on their last leg. I figure I can invest in them each a solid MacBook one time and be done. They'll last thru college then new machines will be on their dime. ;)
