I realize why people complain about transportation...

The FP for Soarin ENDED at 10:30am sorry wasn't clear on that. And thought renting a car to rely very little on disney transport for the week was responsible. But at some point the person driving still needs a break from that.

So you got to the TTC at 9, to get to Epcot for a FP that expired at 10:30. I think the fatal flaw here, IMO, was that you were waiting til the last minute to use the FP. I mean, it's fine to do that, but in this instance, you got burned by transportation issues. Hopefully there was something learned.

I agree that there needs to be a break for the driver, but if you know that you being in control of where the car goes and that you get where you need to go, then it's worth being taxed a little more. Instead, in this case, life was made even more stressful than just driving yourself. Oh well, like I said, lesson hopefully learned and time to move on.

Been here since Monday 6/5/17.
Nothing but great times.
No issues with buses.
Yes it has rained, but we're not made of sugar.
Fast passes are awesome.
The longest ride that we have waited for was FOP today, only 75 minutes start to finish in the stand by line.

So, I guess it's what you make of it.

Example: Wednesday before 45 minutes before Illuminations we walk the side path to TT, 5 minutes later walk back same path and there is a large adult size pile of not all solid poo right on the path? Where the heck do ppl come from that is okay, within 30ft from the restroom? I felt sooo bad for the multile CM's we saw having to clean it up.

I have to believe that was a horrible accident. Imagine the poor person that did it! They must have felt awfully sick.

That is nasty, but it was in China... I refuse to believe someone here (even a foreign visitor) would think that's ok to do. My guess is their stomach couldn't handle the heat/food/motion/whatever and it just happened. Not saying it's not gross, but someone probably just got sick and couldn't help it. Some of the things I've read on here are so bad, I'm glad I've never experienced them... yet.

Wouldn't surprise me at all. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ :joyfull:

Ever had to get to a bathroom and you just made it? Also, it was not said that the pooper came off of TT. Mission Space is back in that area as well. A lot more people get sick on Mission Space. In all honesty, we don't know who they were or what they did or had happen before they missed the bathroom.

Nice to see you're discriminating against people with intestinal issues. Wanna throw people with other disabilities under the bus?

Hope you never develop any issues or have family members that may embarrass you with medical problems while visiting the parks.
You know if someone gets sick and throws up on roller coasters because they suffer from severe motion sickness I dare say no one in their right mind would think they should be riding roller coaster so they can vomit all over the people around them. Is this discriminating against people with disabilities? Give me a break, live isn't fair and sometimes people with disabilities aren't going to be able to do things other people do. Or are you one of those folks that wants to make sure everyone gets trophy just for competing regardless of whether they win or lose. That's the mentality that is destroying our society. We aren't all alike, we are never all going to be alike and some people will get to do things other wont deal with it.

It's still their choice to ride if they want though. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. People often don't know they'll be sick until they are. They may have been on a particular ride a dozen times, but one day they (and those around them) just happen to have a bad time. :joyfull:

No... Not when it involves exposing others around you to vomit, feces or other bodily fluids and that is exactly what I'm talking about. No one in their right mind would want to stick their kid on a ride if they knew someone sitting by them was going to throw up on them or worse, its not hygienic in any shape or form. Sometimes the needs of the many out weigh the desires of a few.

Alright then, with that we now have an expectation that you will never get sick again for any reason for the rest of your life. kthxbai.

This was actually the first day all week that we didnt get rain, so I don't know what the deal was. Figment went down after we scanned FP and was told to come back later but we ran out of time. Soarin kinda ticked me off cause we missed out on Test Track 2 days before and were told to come back later, when we went back the FP was 45 minutes, the second time before fireworks FP was 30 minute wait but DD8 was exhausted by then, so we literally got 0 tier 1 FP either days of our visit. Preaty disappointed missing out on any of the larger rides in 2 days.

After AK, HS and first EP and MK days driving I was worn out and needed a break from it, didn't think it would be that bad parking at TTC and heading to EP before dinner res at Grand Floridian. 2.5 hrs to get from EP should have been ample time with monorails, just as getting to EP shouldn't have meant missing a FP with 1.5 hrs to get to it from the TTC. EPIC fail on their part. By the time we got in DH wanted nothing to do with guest relations and just argued that anything would be done, so instead of a fight I dropped the idea. P.S. he was over it when the monorail finally came and a double stroller NOT FOLDED rolled over his foot after he was already in, and then had a guy + backpack pushing him into the monorail door once it closed. Hate to say it but I've never seen so many rude ppl in a week. 1 bad Disney experience yeah things happen, but guest are at times just horrendous. Example: Wednesday before 45 minutes before Illuminations we walk the side path to TT, 5 minutes later walk back same path and there is a large adult size pile of not all solid poo right on the path? It just amazes me the lack of respect and decency people have. To me Disney World is sacred ground, I've loved the place since my first visit in 1974. I don't pretend to know the circumstances of how the poo got on the sidewalk. What I can tell you if it had been one of my children I would have felt terrible and used anything in my disposal to clean it up. Diapers, wipes, or whatever.
