I need so help with a job.

Does Disney ever post maintenance jobs on the careers web site? I have been looking for a long time but can’t seem to find anything close. Are there other jobs that don’t get listed?

My wife and I are moving to Orlando February 1st. I am a pilot for the airlines right now and I hate it. I want to move on to something else even know I will never come close to making what I am now. Both my Wife and I love Disney and we would love to work there.

I think the maintenance jobs are offered through the union(s?). I wish I knew the union name/website to give you but hopefully someone on here does. Otherwise, you might try a generic google for WDW maintenance and see what comes up. Or maybe call casting, they could probably tell you.

Good luck I did an internship and spent a lot of time with the maintenance crews and I absolutely loved them.

I just wanted to wish you luck in finding a job with Disney. Sometimes in life you just have to find something to do that you can love rather than worry about the pay.

Ok as of living in orlando it was great 15 years ago but now it has a lot more traffic crime just like every other city .

from what i was told you just can't go in for and interview there at the casting center and get a job i tried twice to no avail and a friend of mine i met at casting he told me this was his fifth time he tried and finally got in and started working at disney so good luck with that.

This is what a friend in maintenance told me:

Just have them apply at Casting (across from Down Town Disney) and then they can interview, if they get hired they can join the Union.
