Hello there, I am suffering through depression and anxiety because I had discovered that meet & greets of Nick Wilde & Judy Hopps from Zootopia are not available at Walt Disney World. They can only be seen at the Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It! Street Party parade in characters at the Magic Kingdom. The reasons why I want a meet & greet on Nick & Judy because I want a hug them really badly and also give kisses and autographs as well especially for Nick Wilde. I have own the plushies of those characters through this does not help me stop my depression and anxiety since the costumes are likely more fluffy, bigger, and interactive as it feel like a living thing. Going to Disneyland is hard for me because it's expensive for traveling to California and maybe alot hotter. I have live less than 2 hours away from Disney World. I have also worried that their are chances that the character experience may never happen due to their debut is on the parade and the popularity may not stand well as it is in the future.

I really wish I could find a way to meet Nick & Judy at Disney World. Through nearly every time I see Nick & Judy from Zootopia it makes me feel like I wish I could meet & greet with those characters. But is there any way to treat or help my depression and anxiety over those characters that I really want to hug, kisses, and give autographs from them? I been contacting he guest communications but it still have not solve my problem.

Thanks.

I'm sure Judy and Nick will show up at WDW later this year Judging by how long we waited for Baymax and Hiro or Anna and Elsa to debut at WDW after being at Disneyland for the first half of the year or so after. Both are currently at DCA and recently Disneyland Paris.

Do you already know they currently appear at the Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It! street party parade as their debut?

I'm already aware of that, but I remember there debut at WDW was during a private event dedicated to Zootopia a month prior to its release in US theaters.

Awww, don't be sad. If you can't save up some money to go to California then just attend the parade -- make sure to arrive super early to get a spot up front, either at the very beginning or end of the parade route -- *maybe* they will sign an autograph for you and allow you take a picture *if* you are well-mannered and polite and don't seem creepy or weird or anything like that. But, if they don't it's no big deal -- at least you get to see the characters.

And, I don't think you can kiss any of the characters especially the furry ones. Besides, that's totally gross.

Whenever I attended parades at Disney, there were always lots of characters that came over and said hi to me or danced with me, it's lots of fun. Now, I have never done a meet & greet ever except for character dining. I just don't get it, plus I never have enough time for meet & greets anyway.

Remember, the parade is better than *nothing* at all, so just make the best of it and maybe Disney will have a Zootopia meet and greet later. Good luck!

But all I want is a hug which I may cannot at the parade. They stay on float so. There also a possibility that I may not look good. Also, I have seen a few pictures and videos of people kissing a few Disney characters.

Did they already have their debut their meet & greets regularly unlike Nick & Judy by the time it hits to theaters on both Disneyland and Disney World? Also I already know that private event as their actual debut but it held 2 weeks before the movie hits to US theaters.

You actually can kiss the characters including the furry ones. But that depends if your comfortable with fluffy fur on your lips or not. But that depends on the person.

So far there aren't any announcements for when both will meet regularly. Like I said in another thread, please be patient. I would even recommend checking out KennyThePirate's blog since he gives you updates on the meet and greets schedules and updates at Walt Disney World.

I'm sure you look just fine. I was referring to certain behavior(s) that may be perceived by others as creepy or weird or inappropriate -- even like getting too excited or anxious can be alarming to some people.

Oh, I didn't know that the Zootopia characters stay on the float. Okay, so just go and hug all of the other furry animal type characters at Disney and then get a picture of the Zootopia characters at the parade. It's not ideal but it is an alternative. The only furry characters I know of at Disney are Winnie the Pooh at Crystal Palace. I'm sure there must be some other furry characters around there somewhere

As for the kissing, I stand corrected. But, it's still gross to me -- to each their own, though. LOL. Again, cheer up & good luck!

Yeah I agree, I respect your opinion on kissing the characters. And like Siren said I wish you good luck and hope you get better.

I honestly don't know if this is serious or not because joking about mental illness isn't funny, but just in case it is..

...i'm sure you will be able to meet the characters, however if you are suffering from depression and anxiety meeting them won't solve that and you should seek help from a medical professional that will help you overcome your illness.

Not so sure we'll ever get those 2 in a meet and greet. Olaf isn't even around yet, right? I was only able to meet Olaf on a DCL ship.

Hang in there OP! Buy a plush to hold on to, maybe? Hit up a furry con? Those costumers love hugs, I think.
