Well, after 2 nites of holing up at the all-stars, i come home from work to find a cardboard pizza box turned into a candle. Covered in candle wax. And a wick in the middle.

Now Candles + Cardboard = Fire. Now how my apt is still standing is beyond me.

See... here in the 21st Century... we have these things called flashlights... no fire required... ;-)

OH well... you can't expect boys to have Pottery Barn candle holders sitting around the place... I guess the pizza box served its purpose... however very foolishly...

hehe... I can't help but giggle...

As insane and foolish as that was, it does look sort of cool...artsy, that is. Perhaps he was trying to create a masterpiece? It's certainly inspired me! And I greatly needed some inspiration, let me tell ya!
But I'm really glad everything was safe when you returned to your apartment!

Ahhhh.... naturally logical explanation. Next time, dont use things that are flamable, like pizza boxes. Try a plate or that cookie sheet....
