My mom (tigsmom) lived in the town that this is done in. She went to high school (one year) with Senior. And when she lived in the city she lived on the same block as Chuck McCann. Anybody remember him? Oh yeah... in the next town over, lives Sam Wright, of Little Mermaid and Lion King fame.
