Good Morning Everyone..Sometimes reading certain threads make me sigh, big time.. Those lucky people who either decide out of the blue that we're off to WDW ( yes you Boomer ) and other folk who have just returned from WDW and are off again to DL ( yes you Coachwnh ) LOL...For me it's a two year plan, tho next trip will be a three year gap.I spoke to a friend yesterday whilst out shopping, and was asked if we were heading back to Disney. So I told him no,it looks like 2015 will be our next ( and possible ) last trip..( sorry Shookie ) But he was amazed that we had started to plan the trip already, our resort, our flights, what's on our must do list, and must eat list..So is there anyone out there that has a dream of returning, but will be at least two years or more in the making.?o.O

Hmmm.I don't mind you asking...Why???..It's kinda difficult to answer..I was born in a small village in the highlands in 1952..I was baptised in Loch Duich where I was given a date of my life expectancy..It's a very old Scottish tradition..Here we go.o_O.Mr Hatter is a nutter..
I don't think you are a nutter. (well, I do, but not for this) :)

I come from an ancient land as well, so I understand ancient traditions.

I also know that I am going to die someday and I am trying to cram in a much fun as possible. Most people are in denial about their time being limited.

If it is or isn't your last trip, I wish you the best.

Well said @Mukta!! I agree and try my best to live it to the fullest. And for us that means at least one annual WDW trip!! Cheers.

Well, when I was lucky enough to go in 2007 I thought it would be a once in a lifetime. Then we planned our daughter's first trip in 2011. I have talked my hubby into this trip two years later. So now I am wanting to plan our first Christmas trip with our daughter for 2014, but I don't think that will be possible unless we somehow squeeze a trip in to Maryland to visit my husband's grandparents since they have never met our daughter. So it may be a tad longer than I would like, but I will make it happen. :)

I never know when I'm going back, but with my parents and brother living in FL and road trips always a possibility, I can usually weasel - yes, weasel :cautious: - some WDW out of it all. I may have even convinced DH to go next fall during F&W...but I won't know for sure for a long time. And after that- who knows? I'm also so torn...I love going, but as the girls get older, there are more and more non-Disney places I want to take them. I don't trust them yet for any of the mind-blowing national parks, but DC and NYC as well as skiing are pretty strong candidates for our next few major vacays. I might have to distance myself from this site a bit if I really want to plan those trips with any gusto since a few good TRs on here and I'm immediately crafting plans for the next WDW trip and how I'll convince everyone to go.

2013 will be our last for at least two years, we are planning a trip to Italy in April 2015 and that will be our focus for all of 2014. I don't usually have to plan out that far in advance for a trip to WDW, it is entirely different to plan a trip to Europe, so I understand planning in reverse for those that live in Europe and trying to plan to come here.
